Quiet building with 20 completly renovated apartments for 1-3 pers. On 4 floors, about 300 mtrs. from beach of Playa del Ingles. Next to the commercial centre la Sandia and only some minutes walking from Yumbo and Cita. Heated swimmingpool, tended gardens and sunbath area surround the pool. Sunshades and deckchairs with mattresses.

Daily distribution of bread (free of charge)

The apartments dispose of individual air conditioning. Livingroom with big-screen TV (via satelite), telephone, kitchenette (with electric kitchen-range, coffeemachine, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, microwave etc), terrace or balcony with 2 deck-chairs including mattresses, chairs and table. Separate bedroom with TV, wardropes and safe (on hire). Fully equiped bathroom. Cleaning (5 times a week) and laundry service (3 times a week).
